What we offer
Small Group Classes
Our small group training classes are designed to develop a strong and functional body. We program a weekly full body routine that progresses week by week through muscle building and performance-based training. Classes are capped at a maximum of 12 people. Our classes allow for individualized attention in order to provide safe progressions and regressions and ensure correct form. All fitness levels are welcomed.
Strength classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, while performance classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Saturdays, we offer a combo of both!
Personal Training
Our personal training is an individualized program based on a clients’ goals. We offer 1 : 1 and 2 : 1 trainings where we utilize strength and performance-based training. Prior to beginning personal training, all clients will receive a complimentary consultation to determine goals, questions and concerns and have a friendly conversation with your trainer! Training sessions are suitable for all fitness levels.
Recovery
We offer Active Isolated Stretching (AIS). This method of muscle lengthening and fascial release is a hands-on athletic stretching technique providing effective dynamic stretching of major muscle groups. Differing from static stretching, AIS actually increases blood flow within the tissue helping to avoid injury, trauma and overuse.
We have offered a variety of yoga from restorative, to yin, to vinyasa. While we do not currently have any classes on the schedule, we hope to bring it back in the near future.
Prenatal and Postpartum
Our staff is also Certified Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialists. We are able to use the knowledge and techniques in both personal training and small group classes to best fit our mommas needs. Exercising safely is extremely important during and after pregnancy and we strive to assist you during this time. We also offer monthly workshops.
